The yearly license
Nothing renews automatically. We remind you, you decide. If you stop, we export your data and hand it over.
Support
We reply within 24 hours on business days. After 6 months, support continues at 48 hours while your license is active.
One thing we won't do
Purchased reviews get Google profiles suspended — and it's your profile that disappears, not ours. The FTC also made supplying fake reviews a finable offense in 2024.
What we sell instead is a way to collect the real ones: a QR card at the counter and a reminder that reaches the customer while they still feel good about the visit. Slower for a month, permanent after that.
Questions
Only manager access, and only if you want the visibility work done. The profile, the domain and the hosting stay in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
